Confirmation of booking with Ash Travel is acceptance  of these terms and conditions;

Upon making your booking we require a £50 or 10% deposit, and a completed booking form to secure your transfer. All final balance payments must be made prior to travel or on pick up. If full payment is not received then this will be taken as a cancellation of the journey and all future journeys(unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing prior to the invoice date).

Your pick up instructions will be sent to you. You must print or make a note of these as they will contain a telephone number for the day of travel. ASH Travel will not refund you if you have forgotten to take this with you.

You are responsible for checking the details of the booking in the sales receipt we send you confirming your booking. ASH Travel will not be held responsible if the information is incorrect. If it is incorrect please inform us as soon as possible and we will send you an amended sales receipt.

ASH Executive Travel does not accept any responsibility in any way for missed flights for whatever reason i.e. traffic delays, accidents, breakdowns, severe weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances.

We advise passengers to plan to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours prior to flight departure to allow for possible unpredicted delays en route to or from the airport. ASH Executive Travel will not take responsibility for any passengers missing their flight if three hours check in time was not allowed.  

You are free of course to arrange to get to the airport for a time of less than 3 hours prior to flight departure, ASH Executive Travel  accept no responsibility for any missed flight due to this. All passengers are advised to have adequate travel insurance prior to booking.

No responsibilities for costs are to be refunded to any passengers who do not wait for their driver and take alternative transport.

Please ensure you give us your arrival times and day in to the UK and not your departing information.

If you have a serious delay on your return journey please inform us as soon as possible although we will do our utmost to find out if you have incurred any delays.

ASH Executive Travel use their own transport wherever possible but do use third party companies where appropriate.

We reserve the right to charge for additional passengers if we are not informed of this at time of booking.


Pricing Policy & Payments

Prices are calculated manually with the distance, time of travel and amount of passengers travelling taken into consideration. We reserve the right to provide an alternative type of vehicle of equal or upgraded standard from the original selected if your chosen vehicle is unavailable.

ASH Travel can accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer or credit/debit cards. All card payments (credit & debit)will be subject to a processing fee which will not exceed 10% of the payment(current fee on home page of this website). Card payments can be made by Visa, Mastercard. BACS ad card payments MUST be made 24 hours prior to travel.  We reserve the right to charge for late payments in accordance with The Late Payments of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, and subsequent legislation

Waiting Time

We do not charge for the 1st hour's waiting time after the plane has landed(Airport pick ups only). However, if the passenger if delayed in immigration or has lost luggage (or any other delay) ASH Travel will charge waiting at up to £20 per hr pro rata. Waiting charges will apply on  all other journeys where the driver is delayed by the client for more than 15 minutes beyond the agreed pick up time.

Tolls & Parking Fees

Any Bridge Tolls are included in our quotes. Parking fees are not included in our quotes for all destinations, except Cardiff & Bristol Airports. ‘Meet & Greet’ Services are available at all locations(additional costs apply - £10 as of 1/1/2013)

Cancellation Policy

ASH Executive Travel  will accept any cancellation made as long as there is at least 48 hours notice however there will be a £25 or 5% (whichever is higher) administration / transaction charge. The cancellation must be made via an email to which you will receive confirmation by us. ASHTravel@hotmail.co.uk

If you do not receive a confirmation from ASH Executive Travel  confirming the cancellation we have not received it. In this case please call our out of hours number which is 07967 264445 Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances: No refund is made if the passenger does not show up for pre-paid journeys.

No refund is made for cancellation of a booking on the day of travel or afterwards.

Licensing

ASH Travel are licensed as a private hire business by Carmarthenshire County Council at 3 Rhodfa’r Capel, Pembrey, Carmarthenshire. SA16 0ES.

Drivers are fully CRB checked by the local authority.
